Overview Of Our Dolls

The refund and returns policy for our handmade cotton doll lasts 10 days, so, If these days have passed since you requested your doll, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you shouldn’t use the doll in the same condition you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. So, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the doll request.

 

Refunds Your Dolls

Once you return your damaged doll, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned doll. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve your request, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. In certain situations, we may grant only partial refunds if any doll not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if it is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

  • Late or missing refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time often precedes a refund posting. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

  • Sale dolls:
    We only refund regular-priced dolls. We do not refund sale dolls.

 

Exchange

We only replace the doll if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for an alternative handmade cotton doll, send us the damaged doll to our address.

 

Gifts

If we marked the doll as a gift when you requested it and traveled directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned doll, we will mail you a gift certificate. Furthermore, If we didn’t mark the handmade cotton doll as a gift, we will send you a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your doll, you should send it to our shop address; Mauritsstraat 5, Vroomshoop, 7681WR, Netherlands. You will be responsible for paying for your own flight costs to return your doll. Flight costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of the return flight. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Also, If you are returning more expensive dolls, you may consider using a trackable flight service or requesting flight insurance. Above all, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned doll.
